On July 31, 2019, a plane carrying 16 graduate and undergraduate students from College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Henan University arrived at Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, indicating the success of the 2019 exchange and study visit to Nanyang Technological University.

At noon on July 20, the 16 team members boarded the flight to Singapore. After a short stop in Hong Kong, they arrived in Singapore smoothly in the early morning of July 21. On the morning of July 22, a camp opening ceremony was held in the School of Bioengineering and Chemistry of NANYANG Technological University. The school leaders welcomed all of them and introduced the development history of Nanyang Technological University. During the following exchange visit, Prof. Richard D Webster, Prof. Xu Rong and Prof. Chen Weining of NANYANG Technological University gave lectures respectively, in the fields of material chemistry, energy chemistry, biochemistry and other fields. During the class, the students actively answered the questions and put forward their own views and opinions. At last, the team members presented their graduation in English, which was fully recognized by the professors of NANYANG Technological University and awarded the graduation certificate. On July 30, the team members set off on their journey home and arrived at Xinzheng Airport after a transit in Hong Kong.

This study visit broadened our international vision, experienced the foreign customs and customs, and greatly improved our foreign language skills.

It is reported that this visiting study activity is sponsored and partially funded by the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of Henan University, and undertaken by the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. The 16 members of the team are undergraduates, master students and doctoral students of the college. Mrs. Fan Yanhua is the team leader.
