On January 5th, 2021, the Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation and Exchange Meeting between Yuwangtai District and CCCE was held in the conference room of Yuwangtai District Government. Under the leadership of the vice dean Xu Yuanqing, ten teachers of CCCE had face-to-face communication with Wang Xuhe, deputy head of Yuwangtai District, and other government leaders, as well as the heads of 12 key enterprises in the district. On the cooperation between the district and the school and the enterprise, three parties reached a broad consensus, and determined the specific plan of cooperation.

Liu Jian 'en, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Fine Chemical Industry Park, first introduced the development status, industrial layout, enterprise profile and development plan of the park.

Wang Xuhe introduced the idea of cooperation district-college between schools. He pointed out, Yuwangtai district should strengthen comprehensive cooperation with CCCE, Henan University, through the establishment of research and development platform and the cooperation between colleges and enterprise. We should develop "three bases" and the "three platforms", namely the achievement transformation base, chemical new material test base, innovative talent training base, university-enterprise cooperation innovation platform, public testing platform and district-college high-quality development platform.

The leaders of the twelve enterprises introduced their development status, main products, existing technical shortcomings and specific projects expected to cooperate with Henan University. They hoped to make use of the advantages of technology and talents of CCCE to achieve new breakthroughs in the application of innovation platform, talent and team construction, production process upgrading and transformation, and new product research and development.

Xu Yuanqing said that CCCE always takes serving the local economy as the central work of the college, and has achieved good results in recent years. He pointed out that the district-college  cooperation should become a strong starting point for the city-university cooperation, and promote the cooperation between school and enterprise through the top-level design, so as to make due contribution to the revival of fine chemical industry. In the next step, the college will organize personnel to meet the service work of enterprises in the park in platform creation and project application. At the same time, by sending scientific researchers to enterprises at designated points, we will strengthen mutual exchanges and understanding and further promote substantive project cooperation.
